Description

This neat child friendly apartment is situated on the ground floor in a very popular complex on the Ballito beachfront. With immaculate lawns and a fenced in pool it will give parents the chance to relax on the veranda while the kids play in a safe environment. Clark Bay swimming beach is directly in front of the complex and is protected by shark nets and lifeguards, and a tidal pool close by.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms. There is a King bed in the main bedroom and 2 single beds in both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. There are three bathrooms, one with a bath and toilet, one with just a shower and one with a toilet. The main bedroom and lounge open through sliding doors onto a covered patio and the garden. The unit has ceiling fans throughout.

The apartment has a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, crockery, and cutlery. There is a TV with DSTV in the lounge. The patio is comfortably furnished. There are also two communal braais close by. There is also free wi-fi for your use and an electronic safe in the main bedroom.

This lovely unit has a big inverter to ensure you have a more comfortable stay during loadshedding which will operate all the lights, microwave, fridge, TV, and the other appliances except the stove (plates and oven) and the Geyser.

A daily full service is included in the rate, except for Sundays and public holidays.

Linen is provided, but you need to bring your own bath towels, beach towels and dishcloths.
