The open plan dining room/lounge leads through sliding doors onto the balcony with patio furniture. The dining room has a four-seater dining table providing space for entertaining.  In the immaculately furnished lounge, there is a TV and HP DSTV. There is a gas braai on the patio. 

In the landscaped gardens is a beautiful swimming pool area. A double basement parking and open parking for guests is available for your use.  A manned security gate provides regulated access directly only the beach.
