This spacious 1st floor 3-bedroom apartment is situated in a very secure and popular complex on the Ballito beachfront. Although being on the 1st floor you have a ground floor entrance that is level with your reserved undercover parking and communal swimming pool. Clarke Bay beach is directly in front of the complex, where you have lifeguards on duty, as well as it being shark net protected. The unit has excellent beach and sea views from the lounge and main bedroom. The large well-furnished patio has a weber braai and half of the patio is under cover.

The apartment consists of three bedrooms. The main bedroom, with a queen size bed and a TV, has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has two single beds, and the 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed, and both are serviced by a second bathroom with a bath and toilet.  All bedrooms and the lounge have ceiling fans.

The open plan kitchen is well equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, oven and stove, double door fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster,ice maker, air-fryer and kettle. There will be a portable gas stove with a top whistle kettle and a rechargeable table fan for loadshedding. The lounge and dining room is comfortably furnished and equipped with a Smart TV, Wi-Fi and HP DSTV with a 5 Kw inverter that will run everything except stove, dish washer, washing machine and tumble dryer.

The Dolphin Bay complex is within minutes' walk of shops, pubs and restaurants. There is a lovely swimming pool in this secure complex, and access is by remote controlled gates.

A full service is included in the rate, except for Sundays & public holidays.
