Full sea view, sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms, braai, pool, 1st floor.This comfortably furnished, three-bedroom apartment, is situated right on the main swimming beach of Ballito. The unit has breaker sea views, and is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and other convenience stores. It is at the northern end of a 3 km promenade, which is perfect for morning or afternoon strolls.
The main bedroom has a queen bed that leads out onto the balcony and en suite bathroom with bath and shower. The second bedroom has bunk beds, and the third two single beds. The second bathroom has a shower. There are ceiling fans throughout the unit.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, washing machine, dish washer, fridge, deep freezer, toaster, kettle, electric frying pan and iron. The lounge with TV and HP DSTV, also leads out onto the furnished balcony with a weber braai. The dining room table seats six, crockery and cutlery are provided. The unit has un-capped Wi-Fi.
The complex has a communal swimming pool and is secured by remote controlled access gates.
There is undercover parking for ONE vehicle only.
